Today, we announced several new groundbreaking features in the Social Goal arena. These features are core to all of us as individual contributors who make immense contributions to our business. We have a lot to announce with our third major release, including: new user interface, updated dashboard, goal supporters, team and employee profiles, and social insights throughout the application. What is most exciting is our release of WorkStory.
Until today, our platform was focused on teams, small businesses, and larger organizations with the employee as our focal point. We need to continue to focus on individual employees to help us understand our contribution, and improve communication.
WorkStory is an easy way for everyone to showcase their contributions in a graphical view that is both personal and social. It can be used to facilitate discussions with your team, forecast your workload, and, most importantly, it is going to shine a positive lens on contributions you have made over any time period.
WorkStory makes performance personal and valuable to you. While this may seem simple enough, the WorkStory is a way to ensure that individual contributors, people managers, and leaders are always focused on results and social contributions you make to your coworkers, team, site or organization as a whole.
New Dashboard

The new dashboard features update interface for employees, managers, and decision makers. Understanding what you need to focus on, and updating goals easily, helps you update your goals and communicate with your co-workers, team, and company. Dashboard also gives you a preview of your WorkStory.
WorkStory

The introduction of the WorkStory allows everyone to have a live view of your goals (past and current), accomplishments, and goal forecast. Your Workstory can be shared with your co-workers and team or can be downloaded for weekly discussions. We’ve added a variety of social insights and influence that empower everyone to see their individual intelligence analytics.
New Goal Flow

We are always simplifying, and the new goal flow is even easier for creation. Goals go through several stages – proposed, start, track progress, mark accomplished, and review.
Updated Team & User Profiles

Updated user and team profiles help give and understanding of what you have been working towards, social contributions to the business, and gives context to all your achievements in a single view. Reviews are only viewable for the employee and people manager.
This latest release represents the future of social goals and modern performance – built for every employee. It transcends the traditional performance management boundaries while helping everyone get a view of what they have contributed to the business.
