This week, we announced a couple new features to continue to make managing work and performance even easier. A year and a half ago we first introduced Social Recognition, but you asked for some new badges to hand out to co-workers and their goals. Here are a couple a quotes we heard during this request: “Keep It Classy, Keep It Professional…Bring on the fun.” We are proud to have found the right balance in what you asked for…without letting badges trivialize your amazing work.
Now you can recognize both the goal and your co-worker. This new approach will let you recognize employees and their accomplishments and keep the positive feedback going in real time.

• Give Recognition at the Goal level by selecting from our library: Congrats; Verify; Hit the Mark; Love It
• Thank a co-worker or direct report by selecting: Many Thanks; Solid Work; Impact; Achiever

We are always going to look for new ways to make sharing your work easier. We now have the easiest goal creation on the planet. Yes we did say planet, and we mean it! What is most important is that we allow you to work in an agile way but continue to support your more complex goals (with dates, metrics #,$, % and customer metrics).

We have probably the biggest release in Social Performance history coming out in March. It’s currently stealth and we will be announcing soon.
