Whether you’re reviewing your own performance or that of your employees, WorkSimple makes the process easier and more transparent with “social goals” that help keep you, your employees and your team members accountable.
WorkSimple offers three different plans: individual, team and business. With the individual plan, you set your own goals to support larger aims called “focuses”. For example, your focus might be to “boost your career,” and then you’d have a series of smaller goals that will help accomplish that. In the Team and Business versions, you can still set your own focuses and goals for yourself, but you’ll also have team focuses and goals as well.
